18.1.1961: Oco in collision with mv Henfield (1949, 1,098 gt) in Swinefleet Reach, near Goole, River Ouse. Capsized and sank (voyage: Hull/Selby - towing barges). Later refloated.
1963: Working as Selby Olympia.
